Purple Iris

This is 18 x 24 acrylic on linen. I had to work this one a little more than I normally do as I needed a little more detail in the folds of the flowers. I think it turned out decent. It is tough to do commissions because most times your heart is not 100% behind the subject so what I try to do is sit on the commission until I actually feel like doing it as that will always produce a better result than if I did if for the sale only.
